Unfortunately under no circumstances can we offer refunds or exchanges with any of our online courses. This is due to the nature of the product being digital and also downloadable.

To be eligible for a return, your physical item must be in the same condition that you received it unused and in the original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase to show. We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request for a return 

 

Please inspect your parcel immediately once you have received it for any faults or damages to your items as they can only be returned or exchanged during the time frames stated above. For any faulty or damaged goods that you have received please email photographic evidence to

When returning, we always recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us. 

 

We are unable to cover return postage costs unless your item is faulty or damaged. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as we are also not responsible for returns lost in the post.
